Welcome

Hi, I'm Joanna McCormick, a registered counsellor with an MPhil (Master of Philosophy), MPACS (Master of Peace and Conflict Studies), and DIPCouns (Diploma of Counselling).

 

My holistic counselling practice focuses on the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I offer a range of therapeutic tools, all tailored to your unique needs. These include:

  • Traditional talk therapy

  • Breathing exercises

  • Meditation

  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) / Tapping

 

My approach is rooted in person-centred therapy and existential philosophy, ensuring your experience is supportive and empowering. I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, guiding you toward healing and personal growth.
