As a mother of two young, active boys, I understand the importance of balance and resilience in navigating life’s many demands. Having worked in different countries and being multilingual, I bring a unique, culturally sensitive perspective to my counselling practice. I have clients from overseas and offer sessions in English and Polish, either face-to-face or online, focusing on a holistic approach that cares for your mind, body, and spirit.


Qualifications and Experience
I have supported clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I hold an MPhil, MPACS, and DIPCouns in counselling, along with additional training in somatic therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
I am a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), ensuring I adhere to the highest ethical standards in my practice. My continuous learning and professional development allow me to offer you the most effective and up-to-date therapeutic approaches.
